Contractor license course

Do you want to be able to choose where you live? Would you like to be in a career that’s always in demand? Do you prefer working with your hands, in the sun and fresh air, over writing reports in an office? Become a contractor! Contractors Exam, Inc’s contractor license course is designed to prepare you for the license exam all contractors must pass.  Our policy is that we will work with you until you pass your exam: if you don’t pass, you don’t pay. That’s the level of commitment we have for our clients.

Where do you want to go?

Contractors Exam, Inc. has two offices in Nevada and one in Arizona. Each state has its own unique licensing requirements. Upon completing your contractor license course successfully, we will provide you with all the direction and paperwork necessary. You’ll be able to acquire your license, complete the bonding process, and establish your own sole proprietorship or LLC. After that, you’re ready to start working! Contractors can take on dozens of different kinds of tasks. Whether you work with plumbing, electrical components, or a good-old-fashioned hammer and nails, you’ll find people who need your help.

The Growth of the Southwest

Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Reno have all experienced robust growth in recent years. Sales of single-family houses in the Las Vegas suburbs have grown 14% since March 2020. In Reno, the coronavirus pandemic has limited local construction activity; in spite of this, new arrivals continue to pour in, many of them willing to pay above market price. Arizona’s capital of Phoenix has grown from a small desert outpost into the fifth most populated city in the United States. The source of much of this growth comes from California expatriates seeking a lower cost of living.

Staying Cool

Controlled refrigeration and cooling technologies were developed in the 20th century. This allowed residents of the Southwest to enjoy a more comfortable lifestyle. This in turn led to the area’s impressive growth of the 20th century. While it may be a dry heat, once the thermometer passes 100°F, you’ll likely just want to cool off. As a swimming pool specialist, you’ll be able to bring relief to the desert’s roasting denizens by inspecting, building, and repairing residential swimming pools. In this part of the country, a pool is essential to surviving the summer.

Let’s Go

Our contractor license course is designed to be as comprehensive as the exam you’ll take to complete your journey in contracting. We won’t stop working with you until you have passed your exam. If you don’t pass, you don’t pay. It’s that simple.
